Basic education and literacy are one of Rotary’s areas of focus. Our members understand that education and literacy are essential for reducing poverty, improving health, encouraging community and economic development and promoting peace.
To highlight “Education Month” we feature some RPMers who are committed to Education by either accessing private resources or through Rotary supported projects. RPM is a service club that offers more volunteer opportunities and fewer meetings. The projects and members featured in this newsletter demonstrate that volunteerism is at the heart of RPM as well as practical knowledge of Education issues in the countries they serve.
