Membership director/journalist Allison got down to details with Aviv in her recent “This is your Life” Interview where he shared experiences in business, NGO development and family life. Aviv’s business experience started when he was 19 years old and the family company, Lifestyle Brands International continues to grow.
Cambodian Rural Students Trust (CRST) started after a family, volunteer trip to Cambodia. CRST is recognised by the Cambodian Government Anti-Corruption Unit (ACU) as an example of an NGO following best practice. Family is important to Aviv and he spoke about the achievements of his wife Michelle, daughters Steph and Jess who also is a member of RPM.
Al’s interview also reveals Aviv’s leadership style with mentorship, accountability, sustainable projects and productive meetings as key focal points.
